Wunda Chair Full Pedal Replacement InstallationÂ
- Position the pedal onto the Wunda Chair frame, aligning the five screw holes
- Insert a #10 star washer onto each 10-32 x 3/4" screw before driving
- Using a 1/8" hex bit with a ratchet, hand start each of the five screws to make sure they catch the threads evenly before tightening
- Once all five screws are hand started, tighten in a cross pattern to ensure even pressure across the pedal
- Confirm all five screws are fully tightened and the pedal sits flush with no rocking or movement
- Reattach the springs to the pedal and confirm they are securely connected before useÂ
